AI for quotes and proposals

By Jason Sibley

What this is for, and who it's for

This is for anyone who sends quotes or proposals regularly (a tradesperson, an agency, a consultant, a small B2B supplier) and finds that writing each one from scratch (or copying an old one and hoping you caught every number that needed changing) is eating into time you'd rather spend on the actual work. Several tools you may already use (Xero, QuickBooks, plus dedicated proposal software like PandaDoc) now have AI features aimed specifically at this: drafting, editing, tracking engagement, and answering questions about a quote without you digging through the document yourself.

What people get wrong

They let AI touch the pricing without checking it. Every vendor covered here draws a clear line
